A raw-edge wallet designed for non-fraying fabrics such as cork, vinyl, clear vinyl, jelly vinyl and leather.

The quickest, slimmest wallet you ever made, and it comes in two sizes.

Beginner Friendly and designed to be made on a domestic sewing machine.

Requirements –

Outer Fabric

Non-fraying fabric such as cork, vinyl, jelly vinyl or leather.

Mini Wallet: 35 x 30cm (14” x 12”). Long Wallet:  38 x 33cm (15” x 13”).

1 x Plastic Snap (Kam Snap) or 1 x Rivet on Magnetic Snap

Regular length prong plastic snap, or long prong for super-thick fabric, or a 14mm rivet on magnetic snap.

All Purpose Thread to Match

I use 100% polyester thread: e.g. Gutterman Sew-All. Choose a matching colour as stitch lines are visible on the outside of the wallet.

Optional – Glue

Clear drying fabric glue. I use Beacon Fabri-Tac.

Optional – Label

Woven label for inside the wallet.

    I made this sweet little dandy wallet in no time! I am usually the pokey and slow one. But this fantastic little wallet goes together very quickly. I used a lightweight cork and it turned out wonderful.
