Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.
You should receive an e-mail with a link to the pattern, or you can also log into your account and download from the ‘downloads’ or ‘my account’ screen accessed from top right-hand side of the web site
Log in to your account on tablet or desktop. (Not on a mobile phone).

07. Problems with downloads.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the programme required to open the file type.

08. Problems printing PDF’s.
I now have YouTube video explaining how to download, print and resize PDF documents here: https://youtu.be/AAm4SkbyEGg.

If the PDF is opening and you can see all the pages, then it has been delivered to you OK at the correct size for printing, and it is now down to the printer or PDF setting at your end.
PDF Printing at wrong size
*In the PDF print control box, make sure you toggle ‘actual size’
*Ensure that the ‘shrink to fit’ or 'fit to page' box is unchecked.
*You may also have a custom scale box, which should be set to 100%
*********
Missing pages or not printing at all -
*In the PDF print control box, make sure you toggle ‘all’ – you may have ‘pages’ toggled, in which case it will only print the page numbers you have put in this box.
*Check that when you select to go to print that the top box shows your printer identity and not ‘save to file/ fax/PDF’ selected
*Print something else first (one of your own documents) – if it doesn’t print or it partially prints, it is your print settings
*Try opening the file and saving it to your hard drive, and printing this new document
